Project / Program Champion
- Presented a cost saving patient program to rural physicians to help offset patient costs and allow physician to continue prescribing Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Resulted in patient use of this program in excess of 40% while affording physician a comfort level in prescribing Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, knowing it is affordable for the patient.
- Introduced Influenza Vaccine Nasal Mister (IVNM) in a very unfavorable market to assess physician and patient confidence, product efficacy, and to attain additional bonus money. Resulted in adding IVNM to five key accounts, providing feedback to Whilst as requested and adding to the quarterly bonus.
- Customized & presented bulk herbicide program to retail customer to gain sales and service commitment. Resulted in the customer becoming the second largest retail account in sales volume while recommending Savemp products based on the service they received.
Collaboration
- Assumed responsibility for a vacant territory for nine months to ensure market share and sales volume was maintained. This territory achieved goal, which in turn provided a monetary reward for all members of the Twin Cities pod.
- Coordinated & facilitated four Visiting Speaker Programs with four Whilst representatives and one Psychiatrist. Programs were well attended by key physicians and sales volume grew for each individual representative due to educational programs.
- Coordinated & Presented various herbicide programs at 30 plus grower meetings during the winter season to drive sales and increase market share. Achieved sales growth from $3.8MM to $6.6MM.
- Facilitated 35 "Doctor to Doctor" luncheon programs to increase Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor sales. Experienced a 5% increase in sales of Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, attained 106% of the established sales goal, resulting in a 4 rating (exceeds expectations) on annual review.
